Join the Resilience ERG for a 90-minute experiential workshop with Meg Gibbs entitled: "Getting grounded in times of chaos"

Together we'll explore what "Embodied Well-being" looks like through guided exercises, coaching and movement.

  • Using the body as a tool for centering and staying grounded
  • Physically embodying a shift in mindset
  • Moving to a responsive rather than reactive emotional state

Our facilitator, Meg Gibbs, is a certified life coach and professional dancer and has brought these two domains together in her work as an experiential trainer and spiritual transformation coach. She is skilled at engaging people of all ability levels, whether they have a physical limitation or just two left feet, in gentle movement that helps them to stay grounded and present.
