Employee Resource Groups
Institute Diversity’s Staff Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement (SDIE) unit offers six Employees Resource Groups to support Georgia Tech’s efforts to build community and ensure that employees experience a greater sense of belonging. These voluntary employee associations, organized around common dimensions of diversity, have been designed to offer forums where like-minded employees can enhance their employment experience.
Women of Georgia Tech - Offers networking and mentoring resources for female employees, facilitates their well-being and professional growth, and provides a forum to acknowledge their achievements and support them in successfully navigating their careers.
