About the Speaker:

Steve McEvoy graduated from Georgia Tech in 2013 with a BSME, then began work as a manufacturing engineer for a Tier One automotive supplier. While there, he studied many physical manufacturing processes that produced aluminum and plastic automotive parts. He also gained first-hand experience with the manufacturing cycle – product design, manufacture, logistics, and delivery.

Steve left the auto industry for a manufacturing engineering position at NCR, a global leader in consumer transaction technologies. At NCR, he began work in a critical component of the product manufacturing cycle: Services. Because of NCR’s vast suite of products, the Product Services environment is similar to traditional manufacturing with new and unique challenges. It is also a critical component to every other step in the manufacturing cycle, and a key to customer satisfaction.
