Professor Immergluck shows housing prices near the Beltline grew faster than elsewhere

Professor Immergluck's research shows that housing prices near the beltline appreciated 50% to 60% between 2012 and 2015, versus 30% in the rest of Atlanta. This research helps affordable housing advocates demonstrate to policy-makers the problems Atlantans are facing.
