The presentation will address the issue of information strategy and organizational change that is necessary for realizing the economic potential of IT. It seems that a new productivity paradox is happening in the developing world, one that mirrors the experience of developed countries two decades ago. The presentation will outline the conditions for IT to deliver its promise in the developing world.
