Join us for a session of guided meditation, crafting, and chocolate at our Self-Care Workshop on Tuesday, February 14th from 11am-Noon in the Student Center Ballroom. The Student Center and Georgia Tech's meditation club Yes Plus have joined forces to provide you with self-care tips and activities to help you take better care of yourself. There will be mats and meditation, crafts, DIY bathbomb making, and chocolate while supplies last. Take some time for yourself on Valentine's Day to relax, dive within, and just be!
