No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

In Spring 2016, the Aquatic Center was the venue for the NCAA Division I Swimming & Diving Championships. Prior to the event, the CRC purchased a new scoreboard system for the Aquatic Center. Before the event, Jenny worked day and night to ensure the content was functioning on the new scoreboard system. This feat required a high level of technical skill, which included learning how to integrate images and videos. Even though the content was delivered last minute by the NCAA, Jenny was able to successfully convert and upload the images and videos for the event.
Additionally, Jenny oversaw the Make a Splash Tour event. This USA Swimming event brought elementary school swimmers and professional swimmers together for an immersive and interactive training experience. As a result of Jenny’s hard work, the USA Swimming team presented Georgia Tech with a $2,500.00 grant to b used to expand the CRC’s Lesson Program. These funds will specifically provide swim lessons to CEISMC camp participants who would otherwise not have an opportunity to learn how to swim.
Typically, Jenny receives thank you notes for her hard work from clients:
"Just a quick note to thank you and all of Georgia Tech for allowing me to gain an insight and take at look at your wonderful Aquatic Center..."
Jenny, we thank you too for being our November 2016 Employee of the Month!
