The mission of the WLC is to inspire and prepare the women of Georgia Tech to become equal partners in the leadership of our professions, communities, and society. The Women's Leadership Conference began during the winter of 1998 as means to celebrate, recognize, and learn more about the strong leadership exhibited by women of the Georgia Tech community.
