Dr. Saul Cornell, Fordham University will visit Georgia Tech to deliver a lecture on "Gun Control Goes to the Supreme Court: The Shotgun Marriage of the Second and Fourteenth Amendments". Dr. Cornell is a noted expert on US Constitutional history who has recently been the lead author on an amicus brief in the McDonald v. City of Chicago gun control case, which was argued before the US Supreme Court less than a month ago.
