No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The 12th Annual ACC Meeting of the Minds Undergraduate Research Conference will be held on March 31 to April 2, 2017 at Duke University in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity for undergraduate students of universities of the ACC conference to present their work in a professional setting and share their work with peers. Research can be presented as posters or oral presentations.
If you are an undergraduate student currently enrolled in classes on the Georgia Tech Atlanta campus, you are eligible to apply to represent Georgia Tech at the ACC Meeting of the Minds Conference. Georgia Tech will be sending seven outstanding undergraduate researchers as delegates to present at this conference along with a faculty representative. The guidelines below are that of the ACC Academic Collaborative:

The deadline is February 10, 2017. Application and more information can be found here. Submit the online form found here by February 10th. You do not need to register on the conference website, only on the UROP form. (All expenses will be covered).
