Stamps Health Services Ambassador Applications Now Open

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Stamps Health Services Ambassadors help run campus wide events relating to a wide variety of health topics. In the past ambassadors have assisted with flu vaccination clinics, HPV clinics, blood pressure checks, GT Welcome week, Health Promotion events, and many other events throughout the year. This program provides an opportunity for students to shadow physicians that work in the Stamps Health Services. To apply you must:

  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Be a Junior or Senior
  • Able to shadow physicians two hours or more every week for one semester, and are also attend special events

Applications for new members are now available and due Friday January 20th at 11:59pm.
