There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Dr. Da Hsuan Feng, Director of Global Affairs at Macau University, will discuss "One-Belt-One-Road (OBOR): Global Challenges and Opportunities." Dr. Hao Yufan, Dean of Social Sciences at Macau University, will discuss "Change and Continuity of Chinese Foreign Policy Under Xi Jinping." Dr. Fei-Ling Wang, Professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affiars, will discuss "The Nature of Chinese Power." The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Adam Stulberg, Professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and Co-Director of CISTP.
