Full Summary: Join us to explore your strengths and areas for growth related to your professional development, and then start to plan your next steps towards achieving professional success.

Join us to learn a step-by-step process for exploring your strengths and areas for growth, and then start planning your next steps toward achieving professional success. During this interactive workshop, you will start to draft an individual development plan (IDP). IDPs have been recognized by the National Institutes of Health and other organizations as a useful instrument that helps postdocs and graduate students identify and pursue their longterm career and degree completion goals. The workshop will be facilitated by a team of professional development specialists from the Office of the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development.

All graduate students and postdocs are welcome.

Registering here is encouraged but not required.
