Philip Baxter and Adam N. Stulberg
Philip Baxter is a Senior Research Associate with the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and a doctoral candidate in Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His dissertation examines the network structure of scientific communities in nuclear weapon proliferating states. Previously, he has worked at the National Nuclear Security Administration, the National Defense University, and the International Monetary Fund.
Adam Stulberg is Professor and Neal Family Chair, Associate Chair for Research, and Co-Director, Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His expertise is in international security, Russia/Eurasian politics and security affairs, nuclear (non)proliferation, and energy and international security. He is author of Well-Oiled Diplomacy, as well as coauthor of The Nuclear Renaissance and International Security and Managing Defense Transformation: Agency, Culture and Service Change.
