Title: Localization and Tomographic Imaging for Spatially Aware Mobile Radio Networks

Abstract:
The dissertation makes contributions toward spatially oriented estimation problems in mobile wireless networks. The defense presentation will focus on ultra-wideband (UWB) tomographic imaging in an uncalibrated network, as well as uncooperative emitter localization in a similarly uncalibrated system. Modeling, simulation and experimental results will be discussed to demonstrate the performance improvements of our novel methods.
