The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is partnering with the Institute on a new enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative. The goal of this robust CRM solution is to provide meaningful insights into constituent behavior and help the Institute more effectively and more fully engage with community members.
The initial phase includes working with Scheller College of Business and Georgia Tech Professional Education (GTPE) to streamline and automate marketing, recruitment, and constituent engagement. The project is under the leadership of John Wilson, associate director, Global Development for Technology and Strategy.
“We understand the importance of an enterprise-wide CRM solution. We know the potential benefits of CRM technology for marketing, recruitment and engagement strategies are substantial,” said Wilson.
In addition to the CRM implementation for Scheller and GTPE, Wilson will be leading a team through a request for information (RFI) and full-scale request for proposal (RFP) evaluation and vendor selection of the Institute’s enterprise CRM solution. The team anticipates making its recommendations in spring 2017.
