There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Join Asha GT to celebrate the Indian festival of Diwali and bring the light of hope and education to the less privileged.
We will light Diyas and have Aarati so that you can forget the pain of spending Diwali away from home. Bring out the inner artist in you and take part in drawing Rangolis or just sit back and enjoy fun games like Charades, Antakshari, Pictionary and Trivia. All this will be topped off with an awesome Indian dinner.
Entry will be with a minimum donation of $8, but you are always welcome to donate more!
You are encouraged to wear ethnic dress for the event!
All proceeds from this event will be utilized for the education of underprivileged children in India by Asha for Education
