Mueller Participates in West Point and NATO's International Conference on Cyber Conflict

Milton Mueller, a professor in the Ivan Allen College School of Public Policy, participated in the 2016 International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon U.S.), which was held in Washington, D.C. from October 21 - 23, 2016.   

Mueller sat on a panel for a session entitled “Governing the Future of the Internet.” The panelists discussed the United States’ transfer of internet governance and how the stakeholders who exert influence on the internet’s governance will impact how it continues to develop.  

CyCon U.S. is organized by the Army Cyber Institute at West Point, in collaboration with the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence. The conference aims to bring together decision-makers and experts from diverse backgrounds to approach the conference theme of “Protecting the Future” from legal, technology, and strategy perspectives, often in an interdisciplinary manner.
