About Amanda Sturgeon

Prior to joining ILFI in 2010, Amanda held roles as an architect/project manager and co-director for Perkins + Will’s Sustainable Design Initiative and as the Sustainable Design Director for the City of Seattle Capital Projects Office. Additionally, Amanda serves on Seattle's American Institute of Architects (AIA) Strategic Advisory Council and has served as visiting instructor at several higher education institutes, most recently at Universidad Americano Ibero in Mexico City. Through her commitment to a restorative future, Amanda inspires policy and program adoption at the local, national, and international levels.
