There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Ambassador Pierre-Richard Prosper, the series’ second speaker, will appear at two events on Monday, November 14. At 12 noon, he will deliver a lecture titled From Genocide to Justice: Rwanda and the Rule of Law. Ambassador Prosper will speak again at 7:00 p.m.in conjunction with a screening of the documentary film The Uncondemned, an award-winning documentary that tells the story of a group of young international lawyers and activists who fought to make rape a war crime.
