Lynn Durham, assistant vice president and chief of staff for the Office of the President, and Jennifer Herazy, associate provost for operations for the Office of the Provost, will discuss Georgia Tech's leadership organization and reporting structures. They will review the operations and functions and share insights into the decision making process at the Institute's highest levels. Durham and Herazy will also review how the President and Provost interact with their leadership teams and provide insight into the day-to-day activities, decisions, and challenges of the Institute’s executives. During this session, they will outline the functions of various leadership and governance meetings and groups such as the President’s Cabinet, the Dean’s meetings, Faculty Governance, and specially appointed groups such as the Strategic Plan Advisory Group and task forces.
