If There’s Life on Europa, Robots Like These Will Find It

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. Astrobiologist Britney Schmidt, assistant professor in the School of Atmospheric Sciences, is the principal investigator of NASA's SIMPLE project. The project seeks to test a variety of robot platforms to find those most suitable for exploring Europa's oceans in the future.
