There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Rafael Bras, the third candidate for provost and executive vice president for academic affairs, will be a guest of the Institute on June 15 and 16 to meet with faculty, staff and students.
Bras is a Distinguished Professor and Dean of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering, a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and a professor of Earth Systems Science with the University of California, Irvine.
A public presentation is planned for Tuesday, June 15, at 11 a.m. in the Global Learning and Conference Center. Faculty and staff are invited to stay for an informal reception with the candidate following the presentation.
