Although hailing from Long Island, NY, Jen Ingulli has spent most of her professional years in the Southeast. Graduating from James Madison University with a degree in Arts Management, Jen launched her casting career in Wilmington, NC. After getting
to know many of the actors in the region, she then spent a year and a half in Los Angeles, working in both casting and management. Jen has since returned to her “home” in the Southeast where she has worked as casting associate in the offices of Army
Wives, Fincannon & Associates, Arvold and Olubajo Sonubi. Jen has had the privilege of working on many great TV and film projects, including Homeland, The Walking Dead, Halt and Catch Fire and TURN: Washington’s Spies. Jen’s passion is helping
actors and she thoroughly enjoys working directly with them, honing their auditions, and teaching actors what it takes to get cast in professional TV and film projects. Jen is a proud member of The Casting Society of America. Visit her website at www.ingullicasting.

ArtistDirector is helmed by Justin Jordan, award-winning artist with an incomparable genius. Bold and daring, he brings passion and strategic brilliance to every brand he touches, large or small. Conceptual Creative, world-class art direction and a tireless pursuit of perfection define Justin’s approach to photography. Justin began his career in advertising as an intern. He spent most of his time in Creative, and eventually the company took a chance and hired him as graphic designer. He learned the mechanics of great visual communication and, after several years of hard work, earned his way to Sr. Art Director. Standing behind some big named photographers piqued his curiosity in the photo capturing process. After conceiving, directing, and retouching enough photos from commercial shoots, Justin took the passionate plunge and spent most of his money on equipment. Within one year, he had published his photographs nationally, and found his true artistic calling. Justin has produced national TV, Print and digital campaigns for AARP, Amtrak, Bermuda Tourism, Coca-Cola, FedEx, Hillshire Farm, Jack Daniel’s, KFC, Roche, Subaru, USDA and Wachovia.

Ben Lambeth grew up in Atlanta and has watched first hand as the film industry has grown over the past five years. While attending Georgia Tech he began working freelance in Atlanta’s independent film community and currently works as a Gaffer on commercial, independent, and television productions. After college Ben pooled resources with another Georgia Tech student working in the industry, Gabe Pippas, to found Cinder Lighting & Grip, a lighting equipment rental house that caters to independent films and commercial productions alike.

Laureen Muller, owner of RCM Talent & Management, is matron to a thriving brood of children and grandchildren. As the former director of a youth recreation center in Florida, Laureen developed relationships in her community that lead to being called on to
provide talent for local theater and special events, such as the Super Bowl, Sunfest, and Artigras. Laureen relocated to Georgia to be closer to her kids and grandkids. Her love of entertainment and joy of being part of people realizing their dreams took hold and flourished into RCM Talent & Management and a strong reputation and respect in the industry. Laureen is proud of what RCM Talent & Management has accomplished and of its continued growth.
