Full Summary: A mindfulness workshop focused on using your physical, mental and emotional relationship with your neurological system. Learn how to intentionally intervene in your body’s stress response, listen to the messages your body is sending you, and find inroads into your own, unique body-mind connection through simple, centering and grounding practices that can be performed in plain sight without anyone knowing. Learn how to practice these tools to enhance performance and why it works. The workshop will be led by artist/educator and I Feel Safe When project facilitator Jennifer Edwards.  This workshop has been taught for medical residents at Columbia University, business professionals through the American Heart Association and professional dancers in New York City and around the US.
