There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Jennifer, Curtis, PhD, Assistant Professor in the School of Physics at Georgia Tech, awarded NSF Career Award on February 16, 2010.
The Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program is a Foundation-wide activity that offers the National Science Foundation's most prestigious awards in support of the early career-development activities of those teacher-scholars who most effectively integrate research and education within the context of the mission of their organization. Assistant Professor Alberto Fernandez des la Nieves, Assistant Professor Jennifer Curtis, and Assistant Professor Deirdre Shoemaker were awarded a CAREER grants.
