To celebrate the opening of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistic Instiutes new Integrated Food Chain Center (IFC), Food Logistics Magazine will feature a series of columns titled, Cool Insights, for the rest of 2010 calendar season.

Cool Insights will feature thoughts from the faculty, staff, and partners of the new IFC Center on various aspects of food chain.
