Twenty-nine scientists engaged in the most promising areas of cancer research have been selected by the Georgia Cancer Coalition to be recognized as Distinguished Cancer Clinicians and Scientists. Each Scholar receives from $50,000 to $150,000 in funding annually for 5 years to support their research efforts.
