There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. John Chapman has been recognized by President Bush for his outstanding achievements at NASA with a Presidential Rank Award - one of the highest honors given to career federal employees. He is manager of the Space Shuttle External Tank Project Office at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala. . . .Chapman earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Tech in Atlanta in 1973.
