I Feel Safe graphicGeorgia Tech students can sign up now to participate as facilitators for "I Feel Safe When ____," a campus project to understand issues around personal safety.
Coordinated by the Office of the Arts and led by artist/facilitator/educator Jennifer Edwards, the project provides time and space for Georgia Tech students to reflect on what safety means to them. It is a collective story created by all who participate by completing the statement on cards that will be shared anonymously and then displayed.
Starting September 14, student volunteers will be trained to encourage students in the free expression of ideas and thoughts around the idea and issue of safety. Student volunteers will be stationed at tables across campus on September 15-19. Volunteers are also needed to assist with the data scanning part of the project.
