Benjy Holt's homegrown values of honesty, integrity and commitment followed him into a manufacturing career that has turned him into a true leader. Raised in a small town by parents who instilled a strong work ethic, Holt's career, which started in the Navy and expanded into the manufacturing industry, has been defined by not only his character but his leadership.

Today he is one of the bright stars at Graphic Packaging, where he serves as manager of engineering/maintenance/tooling, leading a team of more than 40 people.
