There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Benny Bing received a Technology Innovation Award at the National Association of Broadcasters Annual Show on April 14 in Las Vegas.
His award winning product demo included bandwidth-efficient multiscreen HD/3D video streaming and advanced human-Digital TV inferface. A senior research engineer in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech, Dr. Bing works with the Georgia Tech Broadband Institute.
The 82nd Annual NAB Show is the largest of its kind, which attracts 85,000 professional from 157 countries and features 1,500 product demo booths. The event took place from April 10-15 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
