Northern California nature inspired Will Ratcliff

Will Ratcliff got his inspiration to become a biologist in childhood after his parents took him and his brother Felix to spend their summers at family cabins in woodlands on the rocky Pacific coastline near Mendocino, California. The two boys spent their time in nature exploring living things.
