There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. IEEE SoutheastCon is an annual IEEE Region 3 technical, professional, and student conference. As the premier conference for the IEEE region that encompasses the southeastern United States, the conference attracts attendees from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, areas of Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the country of Jamaica. It brings together ECE and computer science professionals, faculty, and students to share the latest information through technical sessions, tutorials, professional development sessions, and exhibits.
IEEE SoutheastCon is the most influential conference in Region 3 for promoting awareness of the technical contributions made by the profession. The theme of this year's conference is "Engineers Making the World a Better Place."
