Brittain Fellow Dr. John Edgar Browning is guest-editing Studies in Horror and the Gothic, forthcoming from Palgrave Communications. This broad and all-encapsulating collection engages the study of horror and the Gothic through literature, film, television, new media, and electronic gaming. Contributors were invited to ask what is "horror" and what is the "Gothic" from a range of disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives. Among the contributing authors is Professor Carol Senf of the School of Literature, Media, and Communication.
