The Georgia Institute of Technology's EMIL program announced that its number one ranked graduate school would be offering the EMIL Humanitarian Scholarship to one incoming participant. The US$20,000 scholarship will be awarded on March 7, 2005 to a professional employed by a non-profit organization that offers humanitarian services on a local, national or international basis.
