There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Grubbly Farms

Grubbly Farms is a startup company that breeds and sells the larvae of black soldier flies as a sustainable source of protein for chicken, pigs and farmed seafood.

Sean Warner and Patrick Pittaluga -- cousins and recent Georgia Tech graduates -- started the company after going through Startup Summer in 2015. The 12-week Georgia Tech program helps students launch startups based off of their ideas and prototypes.

Grubbly Farms recently moved into a 5500-square-foot-facility in Doraville.
