Sponsored by the student organization, MOVE, Into the Streets is a freshmen day of service that introduces first-year students to community service opportunities in Atlanta.  Students work in small groups on different service projects throughout the city with student leaders.  This year, MOVE is inviting faculty, staff, and young alumni to volunteer with Into the Streets by joining one of the 10 service projects.  Projects may include Trees Atlanta, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Oakland Cemetery, Sunrise Senior Center, and Centennial Place Elementary School. Transportation, food, and a free t-shirt are provided to all volunteers.  For more information visit www.engage.gatech.edu
