ETA improvements
If you're not next to be picked up, we'll let you know an ETA range for when you can expect your driver to arrive. When you're next to be picked up, we'll notify you with an approximate ETA.
Tip: Be sure to update your preferred notification type (default = text message) in your Rider Profile!
Real-time updates
Always track your Stingerette ride using the Stingerette Android and iOS apps, or through the web request interface at www.stingerette.com. You will also receive notifications about your ride status real-time.
Vehicle transparency
You can find more details about your assigned Stingerette driver and details about the vehicle they'll be driving.
Post-ride feedback
You can now rate the app and your ride by sharing feedback after every trip!
