There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Rob Shick of Promerus presents Serendipity and Science in Commercializing Polycyclic Polyolefins as part of ChBE's Fall 2006 Seminar Series.
Refreshments will be served from 3:30-4:00PM
The seminar will be held 4:00-5:00PM
Abstract
Addition polymerized polycyclic polyolefins are a newly developed family of polymers based on
late transition metal catalysis. The enabling catalysis, polymer and application developments of
the last 10 years will be described as this technology has moved from concept to early
commercialization. Georgia Tech has played a unique role in this process, and this will also be
highlighted.
