Miller (2014)The Center for Teaching and Learning's book club offers an opportunity to meet with a diverse group of faculty, postdocs, and graduate students each semester to discuss two books that focus on issues related to teaching and learning in higher education. A lively and relaxed setting combined with light refreshments provides an ideal setting in which to share teaching experiences and to gather new teaching ideas.
Our second book for the semester is Astin (2014)'s Minds Online: Teaching Effectively with Technology, and the conversation will take place on October 14th & 28th, and November 11th. For more information please visit our website.
