No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is a publicly-funded independent organization of higher education institutions in Germany. Each year, DAAD provides information and financial support to over 120,000 highly qualified students and faculty for international research and study per year.
