Summary Sentence:

The Office of International Education has worked with academic departments to simplify the exchange program selection process to determine which programs are the best fit for particular majors.

Full Summary:

No summary paragraph submitted.

With so many excellent study abroad opportunities offered at Georgia Tech, it can be challenging to choose a program. In order to help students narrow down their program choices, the Office of International Education (OIE) is collaborating with academic units across campus to identify the best exchange program matches for each major. Students can now search for preferred exchange programs by major. These programs are by no means the only options for a particular major. These programs tend to be well suited for particular majors because they already have many courses pre-approved.

To see the Preferred Programs, please visit: https://oie.gatech.edu/study-abroad-programs to search for your major using the "Exchange Preferred Programs by Major" function.

Please be aware that OIE is still working with campus partners to identify preferred programs, so not all majors are listed at this time. If your major is not listed under preferred programs, please feel free to contact OIE to schedule an appointment with an advisor to help you find the programs that work best for your academic, personal, and professional goals.
