There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Hosted by the Georgia Tech Roosevelt Institute, a round table discussion with United Nations Information Center Director Will Davis and James Fetig, associate vice president of Georgia Tech Communications and Marketing, will examine current affairs pertaining to the United Nations.
Topics discussed will cover the relationship between the United States and United Nations, including nuclear disarmament, expanding the U.N. Security Council, environmental awareness and fostering green technologies, and dealing with a potential global population boom.
