There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Colleges and universities will soon be posting job announcements for tenure-track faculty positions. The Academic Job Search 101 Workshop is designed to help you communicate strategically as you tailor your application packet to the institution where you are applying. This workshop will include crafting your CV, cover letter, teaching statement, and research statement (required in most STEM disciplines). Bring your current CV and a sample job announcement that interests you. Time permitting, your CV can be reviewed by peers and one of the three facilitators. Space is limited, so please register early to ensure your spot! Light refreshments will be served.
