The GT Athletic Association is seeking a tutor for HIST 2112, U.S., History Since 1877 in the second summer session.  The student must have taken the class (or a similar class, if a graduate student) and received a B or better and have an overall GPA of at least 3.00.  The pay scale starts at $10/hr for undergraduate tutors and $12/hr for graduate tutors depending on experience.  Tutoring sessions are Monday through Thursday (8AM-6PM) and Friday (8AM-3PM).  There is no minimum on hours worked, but prefer 3-4 hours/week availability.

Qualifications Required:

  • earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • undergraduate tutors need to have passed a minimum of 30 college credit hours (exceptions may be granted) at Georgia Tech.
  • must have earned a ‘B’ or better in the course you wish to tutor.
