The Construction, Real Estate Development, and Facility Management industries are booming again, and with the number of cranes on the skyline, comes a demand for smart professionals.
There is a lot of competition for student interns and recent graduates from the School of Building Construction. How can your firm stand out? How can you participate in the recruiting process? The short answer-Get Involved. Students and alumni need to know you, your company, and your projects. Follow the tips below and start building your relationships.
*Share your Expertise-get to know the students in an academic setting. Visit a class and bring positive attention to your organization. Many of the faculty often seek guest speakers with specific areas of industry expertise, panelists for presentations, and judges for Capstone Project.
