There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Meet Martin Pleyer of Grenzebach Corp., who led the initiative to get the first German apprenticeship model approved in Georgia and the United States. By doing so, he is helping high school students work in manufacturing as part of their curriculum and helping to fill the workforce pipeline in Coweta County and Georgia. Martin is the May Face of Manufacturing, a program developed by the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech to honor people that work within or are affected by manufacturing in Georgia.
