There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Bobby Jones Fellowship is open to Georgia Tech students who are pursuing or will pursue graduate studies in selected areas of Physics, Electrical, and Computer Engineering. The fellowship provides one GT student the opportunity to earn a one-year non-thesis Master of Science degree at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland – a 600-year-old research university, voted Scottish University of the Year for 2008/2009, and one of the top 10 universities in the UK.
The recipient will receive $35,000 to cover fees and living expenses while enrolled at the University of St. Andrews.
Applications are due by February 1st, 2010.
