Abstract: Historically women and people from ethnic minorities have been at a disadvantage in a variety of settings, including the competitive review process. Dr. Lucy Nowell, who has been a program manager/director for three Federal agencies, will join us for an informal dialogue to share experiences and strategies for overcoming implicit bias.
